executive board meeting on 4th july2010 NRNA NCC Denmark decisions

On July 4, 2010, an urgently called meeting of executive board of NRNA NCC Denmark has taken following decisions.

1. NRNA NCC Denmark will support 4th European meeting that is going to be held 31 July to 1 August 2010, by being one of the golden sponsors.

2. NRNA NCC Denmark has opened a bank account at ARBJDERNES BANK so every transactions will be made through the bank.

3. Financial deals will be carried out by the treasurer of NRNA NCC Denamark in consent and close coordination with president and general secretary.

4. Mahesh Kansakar the vice president of NRNA NCC Denmark coordinator for the first general assembly.

5. General assembly of Denmark will be held on 25 July 2010. The genral assembly will take place from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The venue will be fixed later before a week to the main event and will be notified to all the members through various media channels.

6. Biku Bhandari, the member for the committee for the audit and account will prepare all the reciept to the members who registered as member of NRNA Denmark.

7. The executive board members will be requested to collect and deposite the collected amount of the membership fee in the afore mentioned bank.

8. The executive board meeting also formed an election committee for the first general assembly that is going to be held on 25 July 2010, in which Udaya Raj Gautam, member Mohan Mishra, and ICC member Ganesh Dhakal have been nominated.

9. Work division under general assembly preparation-

a. General Secretary will disseminate the message of general assembly to all members and other Nepalese social, students’ and political wings.

b. President will notify and send the invitations to all the NCC and ICC members to participate in the first general election.

c. Deepak Sapkota the member of executive board will prepare necessary certificates.

d. Prabin Prajapati and Ram chandra Pathak will prepare general assembly procedures and program schedule.

e. Mahesh Kansakar will make an effort to find sponsors to the first general assembly.
