About membership NRNA NCC Denmark

In an special request from a number of Nepali students in Denmark, the deadline for application to NRNA Denmark membership was extendend until 14 February 2010. In lieu to membership application, an obscurity arose due to definitions of NRNs made by Nepal government. Despite this, NRNA Denmark has so far clarified its version and extended a new deadline to withdraw the applications by Feb 28. According to new deadline to revoke application, 59 applicants confirmed to withdraw the application of membership so far. A meeting of application collection and investigation committee held on 14 March accepted the request the withdrawal however 51 applicants who confirmed withdrawal of application again have requested to be member and wanted to maintain the earlier applications. The final decision regarding this stalemate of application submission and withdrawal process the meeting of the  committee held on 28 March hereby has decided to request all those 51 applicants to reconfirm their interest through email at nrndenmark@yahoo.com not later than by 17:00 P.M. of 2 April 2010.  After this deadline NRNA Denmark will not consider any further request regarding withdraw or resubmission. New membership will only be opened after the general assembly that is going to be held near future.
