A board meeting of executive members NRNA on 17 Jan 2010 has exetensively discussed on following agendas and has taken following decisions.
Discussion agenda
· Team formation to distribute application forms and Fix dead line for membership application collection
· Prepare financial reports carried by NRNA Denmark
· Sponsorship to a charity project in Nepal.
Decision on agenda no 1.
· A team of following members will take over responsibility for membership form distribution

Deependra Chudal
Biku Bhandari
· Application through the posts will be collected in the following address

The meeting also fixed Feb 7, 2010 as the deadline to submit membership application.
The following team members will take final decision over the applications.

Decision over agenda no 2.
President Som Nath Sapkota will submit financial report on financial support to Jajarkot, Expenses on Dashain Party 2009, Expenses on Press Conference, Expenses on Summiteers Summit, expenses on official materials. Secretary Ujjal Neupane has already submitted financial report on Teez program in which all expenses were free sponsored by following members.
Ujjal Neupane- Apples, Deepak Sapkota- Banana, Subarna Gautam- Juice, Mohan K.C. Drinks, Narendra Basnet Drinks.
Decision over Agenda No. 3
NRNA Denmark has decided to support 7000 DKK to construct a kitchen room that is ongoing project at Devghat Brida Aashram in Devghat Nepal. To be able to support financially, it has decided to organize a fund raising program shortly in the future.
Miscelleneous decisions:
The committee members’ meeting has extended thanks to Vice President Mahesh Kansakar for genuine support during the summiteer’s summit and providing a place for the meeting hall with drinks.
